The Strip is almost entirely an outcall market. Therapists live off-Strip and travel to hotel rooms at Caesars, MGM, Wynn, Aria and the rest, arriving with a folding table and their own linens at any hour — three in the morning is a normal booking here, and several providers work overnight by preference.
That convenience carries a real premium over resort spa prices in one direction and over local incall prices in the other. What you get is a full sixty or ninety minutes in your own room with no locker, no queue and no resort fee attached. Work skews toward recovery: conference legs, convention-floor backs, and the aftermath of three nights of dancing.
Expect $150 to $260 an hour plus a travel fee, and expect the therapist to ask for your hotel and room number only once the time is agreed. Check whether your resort requires guests to escort visitors up from the lobby — several on the south Strip do, and it is easier to know before than to sort out at midnight.
