After a bad breakup in 1997, I discovered the Japanese healing technique Reiki. During that introduction, I felt transported and held in loving vibes. Afterwards, I sought it out when emotionally depleted and eventually trained and integrated this compassionate approach into recovering bodywork such as Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Sports.
You will enjoy a slow and meditative treatment at my Brooklyn studio with a gentle to deep pressure in a professional and soothing atmosphere. Playing soft music designed to send you into deep relaxation, I do my best to create a womb-like ambient for regeneration. While you rest in dim lights on my comfortable and heated massage table, I guide you through massage, imagery, and whiffs of aromatherapy into complete physical well-being.
