REFUNDS

Customers can request a partial or full refund of the funds in their wallet within 14 days if they were not used on advertising and were credited to their wallet via active and working credit card. In case of the refund we may request a copy of your ID to make sure you are the owner of the credit/debit card. If payment was done using cryptocurrencies, refund is not possible.
